First of all, I must say that I'm greatly honored to have been chosen as the winner of this, the first beta key contest of Diablofans. Honored not only for have been chosen, but for having earned the recognition of such an incredible and passionate community. I will wear this prize with pride, and will keep the Diablofans sword high, high in the sky.

There have been a lot of incredible, original, diverse and funny entries in the first contest, and I'm sure that the jury had a very hard time deciding a winner. It was a tough race.
I'm excited to see what people come with the second contest, there's a lot of potential there, and I feel kind of empty inside knowing that I dont have to participate anymore. I really had a fun time while doing this pieces, it was the a great challenge for me.

So guys, keep up the great work. Be original, be funny, be creative, and most of all, be audacious. Things come to those dare to take a step forward.

I've seen a lot of hate around here. A lot people are angry at me and my participation in this contest.
Huh, you think you're mad? you should check my girlfriend. She has lost her boyfriend for the next 2/3 weeks. And is not happy AT ALL!

So! this will be my last and final post for this particular contest. A compilatory strip of the "Friends that Slay Together..."!
I've realized that at some point in the process, I had stopped doing this for the contest. I was doing this for the fun of it, and for the potential I found in it.

I started with the Barbarian one a couple of days ago, and laughed so much when I saw the result, that I just had to make more than one!
I needed to explore the possibilities that cartoony situations had to offer in the D3 style, so I made the rest of the strip pieces. It happened to be a very big and rich territory to uncover.
So, either I win something with this strips or not, and if you guys in the community like it, I'll keep them coming in the future, probably on a weekly basis.

I hope you've enjoyed it as much as I did.
And remember, those who slay togheter, stay togheter.

Also, if they're giving away 2 keys a week, my vote would be to have one key for a 'Caption Only' picture contest & another key for a separate 'Modified' picture contest. Both can have some great results, but it's really like comparing apples to oranges.

Ragdoll physics make the feeling of killing monsters rewarding and you won't know until you actually play. Epic Structures? What the fuck are you talking about? The first thing you do in D2 is walk outside of the rouge encampment and enter the Blood Moor which is a HUGE VAST open field, as is all of Acts 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. Did you only play the fucking maggot lair in some cheap D2 demo you got at blockbuster as a kid and not it's your biggest gripe?
