Why did people keep playing Diablo 2? Nothing out of the ordinary happened during the last 20 seasons to my knowledge, why on earth were and still are people interested in that game? Would'a thought people hated it by now.

Aug 2, 2011JAKACHAN posted a message on Runic Revision?I am actually really interested in this system and hope they at least give it a shot. People are already complaining like there isn't enough customization and this is one of those things that would really make people spend time to try and perfect their characters. Also, like mentioned in the post this would keep people from swapping skills 24/7 and also break that argument that free respecs give the game less customization (Which it doesn't either way.) Overall I would love to see this implemented and I believe it would give many players that "Perfect" item feeling (Like back in d2 when you got your first perfect Arreats or Eth Titans.)Posted in: News

On topic, my Crusader went from 1-70 pretty quickly by throwing high dps weapons on him and running T6 cursed chest/shrine bounties over and over, could give that a shot.

Nothing wrong here, you probably just know how to gear unlike some people who don't and then get 1 shot in Inferno.

Maybe if you understood how gearing up works instead of just throwing anything on you might not get destroyed!

Oh man all that proof you have is amazing!

I come back 2 days later and he is still complaining about the game and saying hes going to play D2. I bet you are on D3 right now still trying to beat content without the right gear.

"You can't beat the game naked so the game sucks"
I never thought I would hear something like this... Sad

And this is why everyone ignores the complaining. I want to see you go clear Inferno (Every Champion/Elite Pack Included) with gear from the second you hit level 60 in hell. When you do something like that then your point is valid, but saying just because you hit 60 means you don't need gear anymore? That's laughable.
Diablo 2 lasted the entirety of its life for me until Diablo 3 came out and I never got a character above 90 because that endless grind to 99 was not appealing. Actually being able to hit a cap and feel like there's some real endgame instead of having some bot run you through Baal runs for hours and hours is much better.

You made a thread stating that you have just played for the 5th day straight, but you want your money back. If this is seriously not a troll then what do you expect?

Well if I remember correctly after you kill Diablo it is stated that true evil is never defeated. Also, during the end cinematic does the black soulstone not just fall through the clouds? Maybe Blizzard will use that as a catalyst toward the expansion or a future patch (Who know what actually happened to the black soulstone.)

Angels and Nephalem may be enemies, but when both their existances are threatened they are going to stand together and fight even if it means becoming enemies once again after.
It may seem like they are buddy buddy now, but you never know what could come in a future expansion/game.
For #1 you might be better off asking on the Blizzard forums directly (I think they have a lore section?)
