I may very well be a retard.....

And what i meant was (although i realize it wasnt very clear) does force purposely side with blizzard in order to continue receiving invites to events? Is the journalistic integrity being sacrificed because of the money hes earning?

Read this on forums. is it true?

    Q u o t e:
    Hey,

I just wanted to personally thank you! All of your raging comments on our videos is causing quite a stir and making people come back to comment on your nonsense multiple times. This is fantastic because it means additional views and more money =)

Also thank you personally for your commitment to comment on nearly every D3 video posted on our channel. I made nearly $2,000 in 2 days last week because the viewership was so high, and you no doubt contributed greatly too that.

Keep up the fantastic trolling, my paycheck thanks you for your dedication and tremendous amounts of free time!

    Cheers,

Correct me if I'm wrong, but a real money AH is esseeeeennnntially the same as having ingame d2jsp?

I don't understand why people would complain about this, has nobody used d2jsp before? It IS the same

Really, some people are complaining because they don't exactly feel like being stood up by some rich dude in PvP who has barely played the game as much as someone else and has better gear just because they can afford it with real money.

It wont be a "I have no money so i cant buy items". you are ALSO going to find items, which you can sell on the RMAH, then use that $$ to buy items on the RMAH. Wow, that was easy?

all i can say is that anyone against the auction house needs to take a class in econ 101/102.
we r playing a game, we r not doing economics.

we r trying to find out what would b more fun, not more logical or practical or better.

and part of playing this game is access to good items. And to gain access you can either waste time and

    1) jump from game to game trying to find what your looking for, then offer whatever you have to try and get it.
    2) grind endlessly trying to find your item, find other items that arent good for you and try to proceed to option 1
    3) find items you may not need, put them in an auction house and exchange for gold. then use the gold to buy what you DO need at a reasonable price fixed by supply and demand.

    clearly option 3 is better.

Simply, there will be a currency, either an item thats the perfect balance of rare, or gold. i feel gold is better.

in your opinion 3 is better.

"find items you may not need, put them in an auction house."
if everybody does that, then the auction house would be a huge pile or random useless items.

you'll even find very rare items in the thousands, which will drastically reduce the price of those very hard to find items
if we have a gold based currency.

Funny how when you read "items you may not need", you think "crap items", while I think "good items but for other classes". I think my interpretation is closer to what he meant.

Atleast someone understood what i was typing....

So what happens when i search in the proposed AH for 35-40 lvl 2h sword with 100%ED and i get 1K results? And i don't mean 1k identical swords, 'cause most will have additional affixes. I don't call that convenient either.

Okay, use filters to sort them, quality, affixes, etc, and most importantly price. If i saw a 1k of what i was looking for i would be thrilled since it would be cheap!

Now on the flip side lets look at a scenario without an auction house:
You need a 35-40 lvl 2h sword with 1%ED. You jump around games trying to find it, most people junk them or npc since they arent worth much. You finally find a guy who has it but is asking waay too much because essentially he has monopolized your need.

Mine can go to 5600 dpi but i use it at around 1800 regularily, and lower for fps. However, high DPI i beyond useful when running 3 monitors side by side.

    Quote from ChaosCode

I hope that end game would require everyone on the server to work together towards some goal. Like a massive raid of a castle or something like that. That would be so nice.

maybe groups requiring to complete different parts of a world quest to unlock end game questions.

if not world quests maybe guild quests. Groups of 4 x 5. group 1 needs to recover sword of holy. group 2 needs to defeat boss xyz. group 3 and 4 need to pull leavers to open the castle door and group 5 defeat the guards of the castle. Then it opens up to a guild event where the hole guild gets to pve raid this castle. Just my idea :)

dont think they are going the mmo route.

I have tried a lot of mice, and personally i prefer wired mice.

This being said the best wired mouse i have tried (and currently use) is the CM Storm Sentinel Advance

it has dual lasers for precision, 5 extra keys, alot different colors, an onboard screen to display DPI setting/logo. On the fly DPI change (useful for FPS when you want to snipe) and all drivers are installed on the mouse so you can plug and play the second its plugged in, and weights so you can change for personal preference.
