PVP Witch doctor for drain/stamina team with monk friend. My role would be supportive. The focus is on slowing/draining down enemies while buffing my team mates.
Basically almost all of my skills and passives are directed towards keeping enemies slowed or stuned, and keeping me alive. Poison dart is my only real direct damage. This is meant to be my single target dps when I have the opportunity. Haunt will ideally be on every enemy all the time (constantly slowing them). Grasp is for additional slowing if needed. Hex is for cc and for the extra healing with the rune. Spirit walk is my escape move and gives me additional healing (assuming ive been attacked ill need the healing) Big bad voodoo is to help buff my allies. The passives help to keep me from dying, and keep enemies slowed even if im spamming poison dart.
after playing the beta at a friends house I think ill be going WD. the Combo of pets, the aoe skill that slows (forget the name) and damage spells from afar is really fun to me. But who knows once release comes. they all are fun.
Haha I as well hope to get my lady (gf of 2 years) into diablo. She liked to watch wow. (hated watching sc2. I guess too much going on and boring to watch if you dont understand everything) she even played wow a bit (up to level 20 or so untill I cancelled my account). Also plays the sims. I think this will be the game to real her in.. she already thinks it looks really cool and wants to try playing. awwww yeahhh
I think those "act 3" vids are act 4... I'm pretty sure they said the entire act 3 was the siege on the bastions keep, I'm pretty sure that the whole act will be involved inside the keep, defending. After which you'll go out to venture down into hell, which will be act 4. Not sure thats my opinion, i could be wrong. nevertheless it's damn nice to see the later acts, and that jungle portion in meteor WOO, some nice scenery change.
yeah, didnt the description of act 2, or at least of the city there, Caldeum, on the website say that it is surrounded by jungles as well as desert? or at least has oasis's. Maybe that would explain the jungle terrain.
Yeah for sure. maybe something like, the crater that was left behind at mount arreat is now a place where the forces of hell are coming through. Which explains all the reigning fire and that background.
Wow this is a really big change. I really like this though. Even more incentive to get that next level. I was however kind of looking forward to the rune drops with all their different levels. I guess they did say though that there are more items than d2. Hopefully this change works out.
I would really like the Druid. I know the Witch Doctor is kinda replacing it. But it was so cool playing through the game with wolfs and a bear by your side, while using wind and lava spells. It was always my favorite
Yeah I use Fl Studio and then alot of different vst's and sounds ive acquired over the past few years. I also use alot of live recorded stuff but I dont think I did for this song. Im' working on audio production while i'm in school and I am mostly a bass player and guitar player. This was a really fun project haha.
I rarely log in, But I figured a beta key is a good reason too. Here is a DnB song I made a while back using samples from the D2 Soundtrack and audio clips. I believe I they are all from a soundpack I downloaded a long time ago from these forums made by a member. It was just something to do while I waited for D3. I got a little crazy with the sound clips, but hey, it was fun. Hope everyone enjoys!
Thx for the response guys, have tons of plays on the site. The song inspired Me and one of my friends to start a play through today. Him as a summon Necro, and me as a Werewolf, made Diablo our B****, on to act 5 tomorrow. haha. good times.

Ive recently Acquired sound files from D2(from PhrozenDragon's post), and put them to use in a Mix I put together today. I thought id share it with everyone here, because im sure you all will appreciate it. Its pretty ridiculous, and it really makes me want to hop back onto D2 again.
Ive messed around with recording and music for years, and have been in multiple bands. This profile is my most recent adventure into the world of Electronic music and in particular DnB.
Anyways, hope its enjoyed by all. (Made the song instead of going to class, awww yeahhh)
