Necromancer... where do I begin, other than it was THE defining class for me in Diablo 2, the game that started it all for me. I had like 4 fully decked out Necromancers at one point, just because I loved every second playing that class. I turned to Witch Doctor in D3 out of a misplaced sense of nostalgia or remembrance of my favorite class, but WDs don't quite fill the void that the Necro left behind. It also didn't make sense that they would add the Barbarian and say they didn't want to revisit the other classes. Well, Blizzard, you basically copied the themes with the new classes and just gave them new names; Wizards-Sorceress, Demon Hunters-Amazon, Crusaders-Paladin, etc.
If they were to add another class, Necromancer has been the first word out of most people's mouths and Druids would be another strong choice. But mostly Necros. They need to have their time in the light again, or darkness, whatever. Out of all the classes introduced in this franchise, they fit the theme the best, hands down. They need to scrap their stubborn ways if they haven't already about not revisiting old classes and just add one of the most memorable and fun classes that have ever been created, our beloved Necromancer. They have nothing to lose, and everything to gain.
Come to think of it a female Necromancer would look so badass.
