Personally, I'd have no issues with them testing out the patch, then pulling it back down to add more, and having to wait longer.
It's all good Blizz....keep up the good work.
And if this is it for the patch? Then I'm cool with that too

Let me explain this from a different perspective.
I'm a GnR fan. We had to wait 15 years for an album, and didn't hear a damned thing for....well...almost 15 years. There was confidentiality agreements, lawsuits, lawsuits against fans, fighting, bickering, anger...
Now, I'm also a Diablo fan. We've gotten updates, input, we're beta testing the game right now, and the company has a rep out there (Bashiok) answering all our questions, as best he can, almost daily.
Yeah, I'm thinkin they're doing it for the fans. -

This is a game many of us bought a decade ago.
We haven't put a dime into it since.
We're getting more free content. I've never heard of a company updating their games, for FREE, this far along after the release.
Take your time Blizzard..thanks again for all the hard work you put into your games.

I had that happen back in '04. Wasn't too pissed until I realized I'd lost a few chars, plus lost the template for my website, and had to redo about 200 pages, one at a time.
That was a shitty week all around.
Come to think of it, this one is gonna go within 6 months too...here's hopin that recording contract comes sooner than later..lol

I've got an 87 necro and a 37 pally right now I'm playing with, but I'm thinkin about beating hell with all 7 next patch...we'll see how it goes
Btw...I'll reiterate if I've said it before. A lvl 26 Avenger w/ bonesnap? Holy hell...weapon is prty much useless once you hit nightmare, but beating Meph in 6 shots is fun..lol

Keep in mind, there was a hell of a lot of open room excavated inside that mountain, and who knows how far it goes down.
The top blows off, the insides cave in on themselves, you wouldn't see a massive eruption like a volcano.
From even the nearest town, it may have only sounded like a thunderclap, or again, percieved as magic being used in the distance (depth perception type thing..they think the spell went off a mile away, but a mountain collapsed in on itself a few hundred miles away)
