Hey, I wasn't able to actually see your wep cuz I'm on a tablet but one thing I've found that is crucial to this build is life on hit. Due to the speed at which you attack it really blends well with the hammer build. I was in a similar dilemma before with my hammerdin and once I upped my loh my deaths dropped considerably.
The weapon I have currentlynis a sword which gives an extra falling sword cast before the cooldown starts
I actually got the set boots last night, and noticed a jump in survivability, presumably as the mobs drop faster.
You're quite right that beggars cant be choosers, but ill be farming and gambling/re-rolling for the specifics you've kindly provided on items (thanks so much for this).
You wouldn't believe that the Johanna's argument I have in the cube was an ancient... I was giddy like a schoolgirl when I got it and started using it but saw a MASSIVE drop in damage, when I checked the weapon damaged it was 400... RNG can be so cruel eh?
Is it easiest to obtain a furnace by upgrading yellow maces? or rolling at Kadala?.. I would guess that upgrading is the way to go?

and I'm running t6 bounties/rifts in public to get keys and gear up more.
The worry I have is that I seem to die, a lot. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong, but I don't seem to be able to take very many hits at all.
It's pretty disheartening, but i'm also pretty sure it's me rather than the gear/skills etc, can anyone please give me some advice?
