Oh my god, is it a mistake in the notes or did they really remove the 75-100% wall of death damage on the Jerams bracers??? Can anyone playing on US already confirm whether the damage rolls or not?
Your build is just a pure tank build with minimal support for a group. What is the idea behind it? Just run along three other people in a high greater rift and watch them do damage and kill monsters? I guess you won't die that often doing that, but that will be all you are doing. You dont even have laws of valor-critical in your build?! This is neither 2.2 nor 2.3 meta. The 20 % crit chance from judgement-resolved is by the way highly unwelcome in groups on ptr because up until now there are always two to three monks as dds in a group, which are using broken promises and hence dont want any crit chance whatsoever, cause it would weaken them considerably. So, the group would even clear the rift slower with such a support sader.
I'm sorry to tell you, but it seems right now that the support sader is dead (at least in the current meta for the highest grifts) and support barb is the way to go.
But of course, things can still change and there might be other viable group compositions people havent tested yet and a support crusader might be more welcome in those variations. However, if you like to play a support next season, I would take the safe bet and roll a barb.
Yeah true dat, it only cleared a Gr 69 with non perfect gear and under 800 paragon+ under 70 gems, but tal still takes a dump on it I guess. Why are people always claiming things so matter of fact-confidently, when they just are not even able to know those things at a certain point in time?!

If your dogs have a rimeheart equipped, then yes. But it will be hard to find a rimeheart for each of your dogs, especially if you have four of them.
