I don't know if this has been mentioned but its was bothering me.

I was looking at the new barb and thinking how bad ass it is to have him return, but at the same time something was wrong with him I could not pin point.

Then It came to me, his blue Tattoo/War Paint. Where the hell did it go?

Hope they fix it.

See I have not read the books, I've only taken in what information about the books I could gather here and there on-line.

As I said the whole Diablo Universe is very interesting but confusing to me, heh.

I just hope that all will come together in D3.

It's Diablo.

D1 we kill Diablo in Human form.

D2 we kill Diablo in Soulstone form.

Resulting him to be banished to the Black Abyss.

He somehow comes back from the Black Abyss, which I might add some people attribute to being Space/Sky.


D3 we kill him in his true forum.

Then as Blizzard said D3 will be the final game in this story line.

I always looked at it as Trag'Oul being the Father/Mother.

Hell the whole world lies on his/her shoulders, literally.

He/She is Father/Mother to all.

The entire Diablo story line is very interesting, yet confusing. First and foremost it was just a simple videogame that had a quick and entertaining story.
Which then branched off to be very successful and spawned books that contributed to the cannon.

The books became so popular that its almost mandatory for D3 to play off that cannon and becuase of that things are going to be fuzzy in most areas and not as in depth as we would like to believe.

Duping, Hacking, ect.. Only started after the 1.08 patch.

If you did play D2 you would relize that it is/was anything from leeching, rushing, hacking.

That is just the majority of people that are left from a game that is 9 years old and very outdated.

I highly doubt they will change the name, they would have to re-record all the voice dialog of people saying Wizard. And who knows how long they have been doing the voice work, it would be a pain in the ass for them I presume.

If the people at Blizzard have any idea about what they are doing with the Diablo franchise (which I think they do), then It will be rated Mature. And it will be glorious.

This game will not come out until late 2009, possibly Summer 2010 just like Diablo II. Just relax and enjoy the ride.

I say make it like Dungeon Siege, Limitless leveling system. Those who are dedicated can play with the dedicated and those who are casual can play with the casual.

Just like in D2 when the party was full, monsters would be scaled to be more difficult. This should be implemented to the limitless leveling system so the game can never get old if you're level 150 lets say.

The way they are making the Barbarian almost a god like melee character, if any other melee is introduced I would imagine him/her being the black sheep.

I find it hard to imaging what any other melee character could accomplish gameplay wise that the Barbar cant after watching videos of him and reading interviews.

How about when fighting Big D at the end, instead of hitting three seals you hit four, and those four are the Heroes who went insane from Diablo II. (Pally, Necro, Sorc, Amazon)

Maybe they could be the "4 Horsemen" for the Diablo universe.

Are you trying to say for the Chat system in Diablo 3? If so, I suppose it would be kind of tough tho when people are not near each other.

Diablo 2 had the !(text here) feature to pop up above your head and it was never used really except for in game trades at Rogue Encampment and to mess around.

I would like to see a streamlined version of the Diablo 2 text chat, maybe even voice chat.
But if this is not what you're referring to then my entire post is pointless. Haha.

Talk about pathetic Mercenary's in D2. As long as they have more than one attack I will be pleased.

All the OP was trying to state was that he would like to see an "East Asian" influenced character. He worded his thoughts wrong and everyone jumped the gun.

With others like to see it? I'm sure, I would maybe in an Expansion pack, but not off the bat.

You all know the Desert Mercenaries from Act 2, I'm not particular sure what race or area from Sanctuary they are from but in Act 2 there are a lot of "Middle Eastern" type weapons.
Personally I would like to see them expand on these styles of weapons and perhaps create a class like the Desert Mercenaries from Lut Gholein.

Would anyone enjoy playing a Middle Eastern type class?
