I wanted to see how many bytes I needed to download to install the French patch (already have English and German). I saw it was 5 Gb, but my internet sucks and I decided to install it later and keep playing.

Already deleted the "fr" folders and files from the Diablo installation folder and returned the language to English in the Settings menu.
I wonder if there is a txt I can edit to fix this or something of the sort.
