they've already got stuff at my work selling Twilight merchandise.........man.. the books really are not that good as they are made out to be (atleast the first one)...
*shakes head and sighs*
Maybe I'm just really sick of the characters though. I got two chapters into the fourth book and the moment stupid Bella started being one dimensional again and talking how beautiful and god like Edward was, followed by how she couldn't understand what an Adonis like him saw in her, I was just like, yeah....I'm done with this series for now.
OMG!!! I've been reading the first book, and I'm already sick of that! The Author repeats Edward's "looks" like five billion times throughout one paragraph. I mean, Honestly, I think that's one of the reasons why the book is so long, because of every time Bella "touches him" or "looks at him" she is always amazed by his "perfect looks". But yea.. I defiantly agree with you there.
But if I drew some pictures, and said to everyone one, "Tell me what you think," I may expect initial reactions to be based somewhere on personal preference.
However, I'd be happy to expound on what I first said anyway. Because it's an anime style drawing, and I never have to look far to find anime stuff wherever I turn on the Internet, I found it only to be decent since there is just so much of it out there that it all kind of blurs together.
So my advice is to strive harder to create one's own style. And not just do another anime like picture.
Thank you Siaynoq for your honest opinion. I really appreciate it. I do agree with you when it comes to anime drawing, and how it basically is everywhere when it comes to cartooning. These doodles are anime based, or rather, as close as I can get at this point. I'm not gonna explain myself. But this style of drawing is just a starting point to enhance my drawing skills when it comes to expressions, faces, eyes, body, limbs, and all those things. Right now it's just seeing what I can draw.
hahaha I know. My family has always had the game (along with Warcraft, and Starcraft), but my brothers always played it, it wasn't until this upcoming year that they began not playing it as constantly. So they eventually stopped playing it regularly so...I got my hands on it. I can't say i've known about Diablo for ten years like some of the originals, but I say "hey, better start someday" lol.
But now since I've been playing, I've been hooked.
Hii, here are some of my doodles that I think have turned out very well. I'm still trying to hone my skills, but just tell me whatcha think.

doodle2)
doodle 3)
With the third doodle I'm still trying to get better at drawing hands. so, they are defiantly out of proportion and look weird..but, I'm still learning.
OKay, so I actually sat down and watched the VMA's this year (only because Paramore was performing live) and I have to say that Americas "main stream" music preference is not on my playlist. After Brittany Spears walked away with three moonmen, I have to say I've given up hope in any real music taste now adays ( sorry Brittany Spear fans, or any other music bands I made references to, just my opinion, please don't take offense)
So anyways, for those who watched it, what are your thoughts about the VMA's???
