Aug 23, 2008AlexWillisson posted a message on Diablofans - WWI Card Tyrael Pet ContestThere needs to be some sort of "grace period" when you leave a town, so you don't get ganked instantly in pvp games (I've seen many games in Diablo 2 where the second you leave the town, you get hit by a million spells and die instantly) Maybe for a few seconds you don't get any penalty when you first leave the town (so no one loses all their gold or XP for a level because of getting ganked every time they leave the town)Posted in: News

I'm hoping that they didn't just get bored and decide to do a randomizer instead of reading through all them.

Although, it would just take a few hours to half a day of someone devoted to it. I've read through forum topics this big in a few hours, and picking out the best wouldn't have been a problem (since most of the people broke the rules, and all you need to do is mark down the good ones that follow the rules, then go back to those later to narrow them down to 20)
I'm glad to see the person who put so much effort into the post (and even drew concepts) won. S/he obviously put a lot of work into it.

Also, if any of you don't want the beta key I would REALLY like it. Please if you don't want to use it (or give it to someone) give me a shout.

diablofans.com is not properly linked to www.diablofans.com Usually I've found this is something the hosting company mixed up, and all you need to do is let them know about it and ask for it to be fixed.
On the front page, everything always displays as if you are not logged in. The menu buttons at the top (Home, Forums, Register, FAQ etc.) are all there if your logged in or not, along with the login field in the normal spot.
Here's the version stuff in my Firefox's "About Mozilla Firefox" window: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.1) Gecko/2008070208 Firefox/3.0.1
Technically I'm using Windows XP Home, but it shows up as Windows NT 5.1 there.
