    This is what i believe we should consider when we consider dps...

    1. damage per hit

    2. attacks you carry out

    3. time between generating resources to reuse the spenders


    when you want to consider AS, you should think what are the disadvantages of it:

    1. to fully benefit from AS, you need to be constantly hitting with it...

    2. resource goes away a lot faster the higher AS you have

    3. generation capabilities

    4. the environment around you


    Situation:

    if you are fighiting solo, elites/mobs do many things, charge,knockback, fear,frozen,jailer, and all the other evil affixes, so when you want to use AS, you need to negate a lot of the disabling effects that you can be affected with in order to fully benefit from AS, and take into consideration your movement capabilites(speed,distance closers and so on)


    my suggestion is to focus on critical hit damage, crit, elite damage, elemental damage and dex in that order.

    always find a way to increase ur survivalbility, cause dead dps does nothing (and if you consider the death time, u die n sit still for about 5 secs on min and it goes up to a max of 35 secs in GR (5 sec +30 sec ..i think)
