Well the image makes me die a little more inside, I mean even fluffy rabbits are better than cutesy childlike demons supposedly from "hell" a place of suffering and evil. At least the fallen from the previous games came across as evil and mischievous, so far this one seems to be failing totally with its cuddly little head bobbing motion and Yoshi face.

If I ever met a dev of D3 in the streets I probably would do something bad... very bad. Good thing I live on the East Coast.

Awesome! Potentially get sued, and still not be able to play on bnet.

Right... and I will contract a rare disease too while I am at it.

haha, he will be back pretty soon i bet :P

anywhooooo, i guess that if you look at it from a far isometric camera looks pretty much like that one from D2

Actually, I will probably pirate the game as a form of protest and try to send it to as many people as I can. Maybe.

I quit, I am not buying D3. Screw it. I'll stick to a more rugged D2.

Ya. you can tell the forums have been dieing down and people losing interest. But, unfortunately people like me can't lose interest not even if content was released in 20 years.

Agreed, its part of the environmental hostility which exhibits in Diablo series. To remove it would demystify a crucial aspect of the game, trust. I've played Diablo since D1 was released. I don't believe I could play D3 for its potential without falling flat from boredom. IE it would be not necessary to make the best possible character because I have nothing to worry about.

Yeah, sure. Diablo 2 is a great game. What's your point? And tons of us have lost our first copies of Diablo 2 in the past anyway. I'm just not understanding you at all anymore. Or, ever.

Sorry wasn't forgot quotes I was talking to your above poster.

wrong wrong wrong, I can't believe I gave in and actually looked at your comment.

Diablo II is still a best seller why? I bet more than half the people here bought a D2 cd more than once.

    Here is an example.

Exactly, Blizzard looks at these 2 new games as long term investments for the future. Although, perhaps some feedback would be necessary, they have their own agenda in turning a profit. Stylizing the game is in essence a marketing ploy to lure some of the WoW enthusiasts just to buy the game or people who enjoy that type of look in games. When the days over they go back playing WoW because the core of the game is something they don't really want. Its simple and that could stifle the game from reaching its full true potential for later releases if any.. WC3 ladder play failed so can D3 Blizzard isn't perfect.

I don't live close enough to Blizzard's HQ to be in direct contact. And, to lead a union myself I don't this so. Daemaro stop trying to troll me, I ignore you now.

Well, you never know it could happen in the future with the way technology is rapidly growing nowadays. I mean look at the pention, even if it was used as an act of subterfuge it still was noted. Could anyone think things would happen like this during the days of WC2 or D1? I never thought I would see so many people care about a game like that.

Sort of but doesn't have the same influence of power, that does not mean it cannot. Gaming forums like Defense of the Ancients are like a union in a way since they are involved directly.
