From this information, running T8 bounties, I should be getting 1 death's breath + a 10% for a second one. Correct?
Well, I'm running T8 bounties and I'm getting 0 death's breath mostly. On occasion I'm getting 1.
Fwiw, yesterday (Monday), I was getting DB all the time, with the occasional second one. This just seemed to start today.
Updated: I've noticed they seem to drop from the elite packs and uniques with packs. The named without packs don't seem to be dropping them. If this as already known, I did not know this.
