I imagine that the 2 wizard build is not the best from a synergy point of view. I'm thinking the best party set-up for high end GR could now be Tiki, DH, Wiz, Sader.
You are right that this mob only works with a WD, it's absolutely a group build. Electrified is not that big of a problem due to the slow time bubble capturing it so this is another benefit of this mob for the group.
In regards to the DPS output it is comparable to DH's as you are getting that tick per mob so as with a DH you need to add all of the damage ticks together to get your edps per second.

This build is a group build that you can only use with a tiki witch dr, though that's a requirement for high end greater rifts regardless. Tiki's lock everything down so your focus is doing as much damage as possible.

Been working for ages to find the best higher rift group build possible for wizards with a tiki witch dr. This is the build that I've come up with help from the Korean's, lots of people in Diablo wizard forums and bunch of guys from I've been running with being nerdmurderer, camo, fatality and Venaliter.
This is the highest DPS build I've found for wizard and with a decent group I'm getting 1.2+ billion damage ticks. It also seems to be great for buffing group DPS and it's good for trials and can even get 44+ trial keys with two wizards in the group.
