I'm guessing that you mean something like the cinematic scene in DII, where Mephisto, Diablo, and Baal open the gateway to Hell. As if Mephisto, Baal and Lilith are opening a portal to bring back Diablo. Even if that is what you meant, it still wouldn't make sense, because all of the Prime Evils and Lilith were all banished to the Abyss when the Hero defeated them.

Mine was just that each circle there represent a Prime Evil and Lilith. I was just syaing that Blizzard was dropping more hints.

That each circle in the new rune represents a prime evil.
Lilith is there too, because she had a major role in the new books.
