From what I hear they are in talks with HanbitSoft who wants to buy the rights and continue both games, but that's just what I hear anyway. IF that's the case then these guy's will be looking for something to do. Not to mention the 30+ former employees trained by them who are now looking for jobs.
First thing I'd do if I were let go from Flagship would be to pick up a Blizz application.
Don't know if any of you know or care, but Flagship Studios (maker of HellGate London) as of yesterday has layed off all employees and will be closing.
So what do you think, will any of these former Blizzard North execs/Diablo creators be going back to Blizz to help with D3?
Can a mod close this thread anytime soon? I've had enough of these "I've had enough" threads and "I hate diablo 3 art style" threads. Both things need to be TAKEN AWAYYYYYYYY and thrown in the trash!
What's the use? Even if a Mod closes this thread they'll just jump on another one. This is gonig to be the norm untill the game comes out and proves everyone wrong.

Anyway, the game I anticipated is it's the BEST of Diablo 1 & Diablo 2.
Best of Diablo 1 - Eerie/Creepy/Scarier, plus some enemies (Butcher, Succubus, Blood knights, Charging Rhino-Demons (Forgot their name)?), and a few quests.
Best of Diablo 2 - Everything Else like Items, Size, Quests.
I expected Diablo 3 was gonna be a combination of the Best part of 1 and 2, but No it definitely isn't close, Unforunately

Sure, I can say the graphics itself doesn't suck that much, it's pretty good actually, the game is also satisfying I admit, but it sure as hell ain't creepy/scary like I thought it was.
Nevermind the inside area, the outdoors is the worst - The Rainbow, Bunnies, etc to me just Doesn't belong to a Diablo game.

Anyway, everyones main argument is about how the world looks, all bright and sunny with rainbows, bunnies and shit. Well just think about it. During the first two games the world was infected by one or more of the prime evil's, so yeah, shit's going to be all dark and spooky. This game (D3) takes place 20yrs in the future, 20yrs without any evil infecting your world would give the land a chance to heal it's self and yeah, it's gonna look all sunny and nice n shit till one of the prime evil's fucks it up again.
Blizzard is a proven hit maker and I've no doubt this game is going to blow anything we've seen out of the water.
