On blizzards website under job postings they are looking for jobs for a top secret project. All job posting for Star craft II and WOW have their symbols next to the posting. In the description for the top secert job opening they refer to the development of Diablo I and Diablo II to discribe the type of environment they would need to develop. I am just saying that they are trying to get the personel together for Diablo 3.
