I would suggest crafting Cains pants and boots for the attack speed bonus. If you aren't having trouble surviving then change the gem in the helm to a diamond and change the belt out for a witching hour or hellcat waistguard or craft a fleeting strap. Getting an amulet with a 3rd socket and using pain enhancer would help too.
If you get a hold of a phalanx shield don't be afraid to try stampede build, with that much weapon damage it should work pretty well. On T6 stampede with heavens fury/blessed ground or ascendancy should be pretty sweet with that weapon.
If it was mine I would roll the socket to CDR and gift it, that way you have more options like wearing a witching hour instead of vigilante or moving towards wearing akkhan helm with unity and Soj (you'd want CDR on a ring for that though).
So now I need to ask, are there any items worthy of crafting for a Sader or Wiz? (and why do you think so)
For your Crusader since I don't see a furnace in your profile you may want to craft an ancient Sunder. I prefer a furnace but the ancient sunder was pretty good when I tested it on PTR. Even without ias (I rolled one with 10% + dmg and CDR) it can roll a ways over 4K. I didn't test Wiz so I can't help with that.
In the last "play your way" livestream John Yang mentioned this idea of Kadala allowing you to gamble for your alts. so it is under consideration by Blizz. I don't remember when in the stream they talked about it but you can check it out if you want:
@ComparativeLiterature: You are correct, I misinterpreted the comment about the automatic level choice but it seems we are agreed and I think the streamlined approach is indeed the best scenario for the players and the developers.
I'm not sure that the key purchase system is so far out from what Blizz is looking for though. That system doesn't eliminate trials altogether but rather prevents the need to retrial a level you have already proven to be competent at. If the purpose of the trial is to determine a suitable Grift level it seems a little redundant to have to continuously trial in order to be allowed to run a Grift level that you have already successfully completed. I think Blizzard said something to the effect that this is the equivalent of checking a childs height every time before allowing them to enter a theme park ride repeatedly. I agree that just moving to a vendor only system is trouble waiting to happen but I think there may be potential in a system that maintains trials but doesn't require you to continuously prove you are capable of something that you have already accomplished.
At the same time I suspect that Blizz is feeling very invested in the trial system at this point and I don't know if they would allow players to completely outperform the need to ever use it again.
I agree with the other posters that Etrayu is most effective with Calamity edging it out in some group scenarios. One thing to consider though, if absolute max efficiency is not your only concern then spend some time with the Kridershot as well, it is a great training tool for the upcoming patch since it encourages you to practice aiming, positioning and damage avoidance skills that will be required in the new M6 builds.

as far as the current patch goes keep in mind that the rarest items are 2.5 times as likely to drop and any other changes are yet to be datamined.
