    Hey all, have a 3 clan tear for WAus 3 clans 0 to 100, WAus and WAus 200 plus, also have a community WAus Westcoast. its more about time zone then location. So as long as your in a time zone you qualify. As mention its a tear structure Paragon lvls move you up. Until blizzard give us some way of separating active members this it the way, But what they have done is made community chat auto join after first join. And that is the common chat that links the clans.
