Drop impale, use Prep (the hatred regen one), MfD, or a generator.
Drop that Nat's, it's awful in this patch. Craft an Arcane Barb if you don't have a good 2H crossbow.
Get exactly 33% IAS, no more no less.
Craft a good Reaper's Wraps, keep those Nem's in your bag and swap right before you click a pylon.
Craft a rare neck if you don't have one with Ele Dmg/Dex/Crit Chance/Crit damage. It can't roll as high as a legendary, but it's a shitload better than not having CHD at all.
After all that you'll steamroll T6 if you play properly. Then you can work on replacing the other bad affixes you have (Gloves, Shoulders, Boots, Chest, RRoG).
