Im curious, how powerful is TF proc? i mean i have a Burning Axe which is better then TF stats wise, is 19% fire dmg better then 363% from TF, for MM/Archon fire build
I guess you need to get TF and find out yourself what is going to be better. But you should also remember that TF is giving you lightning proc which helps you gettingElemental Exposure and Tal Rasha meteors procs (I think you can also reroll lightning dmg on it to cold to have even more out of it).
