I use iron hide on ignore pain to keep almost 100% uptime with all the cdr. It's basically providing a passive 50% dmg reduction like unity. I don't die when ignore pain is up, so I don't need the heal. I suppose the heal would allow me to stand in more effects and just hammer away on the mobs. It would be nice if I could get a cindercoat with earthquake dmg on it. I'm going to try not using impunity, see if I kill things faster than they kill me.
I was wondering with all the cold changes if it was super strong now. It looks interesting, though I wouldn't want to run ancient spear for my play style.
That's very similar to what I'm running now. What torment rifts can you do without impunity? I really like battle rage but I run impunity instead, and hammer of the ancients instead of frenzy.

And I really don't want to give up reaper wraps. I gave aughilds a shot instead of born and it didn't go very well.
I have an amulet that has fire skill instead of cdr, but I've been stacking the living shit out of cdr instead (I'm at 51.76). I have almost 100% uptime on ignore pain and wrath is up a lot, but my paper dps is way the fuck down because I'm losing out on crit dmg, chance, and fire skills.
I just read Pri's guide where he drops hammer of the ancients. The two things that I worry about is he uses hex pants which I don't have, and I have hammer of the ancients dmg on my earth helm and lut socks.
I do have the pieces to run both earth and ik, but it felt like my ancients weren't very useful overall.
I tried earth + aughilds and that didn't work out so well. I'm going to try earth + born + cindercoat + that ignore pain belt and run all dps passives including the one that reduces the cd on wrath of the beserker.
I've reached the point on my barb where I have full set for raekors, ik, and earth, but I have one unity instead of 2. I'm dissatisfied with my inability to comfortably do t5 and t6.
Any tips out there? I tried a cdr build, but that hasn't gone so well.
Also a second question, what's the best gear and skillsetup for group rift runs in t5 and t6?
