There is no way in hell the 2 hour increase helper thing would work on bags. The loot you get in the bag is rolled WHEN you get the bag. Not when you open it
Actually, it's not. I farmed bags on my barb and opened on WD. Got items with int, not str. Got rare WD mojos, ceremonial knives, etc. No barb items whatsoever.

Loot is rolled when you get the cache. Has been confirmed by blues if i remember correctly.
Actually, i believe the word they used is determined.. not rolled. which would explain alot.
i.e. loot is determined to be blues/yellows or legs when cache is collecting. thus opening on t6 does nothing.. but which specific item it is and the stats are rolled upon opening.
