Waiting on the last piece of Akkhan's. I tear through T4 with ease while T5 is doable but slow. Any suggestions would be more than welcome as I try and make T5 more efficient. Cuurently I am gambling shields for Jekanbord as I'd like to try out the Bs spec, occasionally I do 2-H for a chance at a holy BoP.
I think you could stand to get rid of your belt and either use a harringtons or something more offensive. You have a ton of health and honestly at lower torments it's really not needed. Granted you're lacking Vit on your gloves your helm makes up for it. Otherwise there are no changes you can really make till your next piece of akkan. When I got my 6 set, everything changed man. It's a completely different ballgame my friend!
