To be honest, you're going to roll the Vit into something obviously. However, I personally would store it in the stash for now and wait to see exactly what happens with the %damage rolls affecting elemental damage. Unless you really need the CDR on the weapon, I'd just wait and see. Decent proc is deadly reach. It will proc your strong arm bracers, and will do decently for the elemental SoH procs.
