OP i feel your pain. first RG i run a really damn nice Fate of the Fell drops. 2700dps str vit and a socket. reroll the vit to CDR and get 10% of course. have never seen one drop on live.
not sure if its been mentioned dont forget that you can also have a chance for the ring from act 4 bounties as well. got mine on my WD from act 4 bounty cache
actually if you think about it the runner would still have a reason to run rifts and invite ppl. I know i will continue to run and invite ppl if the community still exists post 2.1. it only costs one fragment and the increased drop rate for the runner (not sure if this would affect greater rift shards or not) @ RG. just my 2 cents. hopefully this is the case.
