I will get the set on a hardcore character, so i can try to start playing on hardcore

I've noticed that some player already got the achievement for leveling 6 gems to 50, and also reaching Gr 60+ at harcores, and all of em have insane amounts of Blood shards for the time spend (40k+, up to 200k)
So, is there ANOTHER blood shard exploit that will ruin again another season? =(

Get level 12+ on hots and after log in into d3.

It would make a LOT of more sense, if the set FIRST used charges, then, if you had no charges, spirit.
Change it to 'When you use dashing strike, while you have 0 charges on it, you will instead of a charge use 75 spirit'
