Theres no way blizzard would tell people if there is or is not an announcement, would they? Even if there is no game, they would want to keep all their plans secret until they are ready to release information.
I know everything about D3 is rumors and speculation, but im sure blizzard has heard all the rumors, and would want to keep the community on its toes, and not say anything about it...
If this is true, its like they dont want to make Diablo 3, and dont want to make the Diablo community happy...

Exactly, why would a rep say there are no annoucements tomorrow, i know D3 rumours etc are floating around, i think rather than harping on this, we just wait.
1:We still have no idea what the beta key is for.
2:We have heard nothing on "Team 3" though nothing imo that happens at Blizzcon will result in them telling us what they are/have been doing.
3: 2 products are "supposed" to be announced, so i have heard, so lets just keep out fingers crossed
I honestly dont think fileplanet, or no other gaming site would get thier hands on a demo of an yet to be released game from Blizzard, and epsecially not a notorious game as Diablo 3...
Just went over to take a look at fileplant.com and noticed that they have "Diablo" demo uploaded for people to download, could be just a coincidance, but Fileplanet are a major site for when it comes to first with the news/beta's etc.
