I'm at Paragon Fo Fotty Fo (not as fun to say as Para Tree Fiddy, but gotta get my giggles somewhere!) and the RNGods pretty much hate me, no matter how many goats I sacrifice to appease them. (I'd try virgins, but all my neighbors are either married with kids or have bungie jumped into the Ho Tree )
I've done kinda sorta ok with set items. Full M6 with TnT on my DH (3 of the 6 pieces were loot shared by a very cool clanmate, shout out to <Mavs> Binge!). Full A6 on my 'sader, again 3 of the 6 pieces loot shared by generous pub gamers. My other characters, not so much. 3/6 on Firebirds and 2/4 Monkey King.
Where I've gotten the green weenie from the RNGods has been on the more desirable weapons. Of the BiS weapons, I've only dropped an Etreau, a Flying Dragon, one badly rolled FotF, one half way decent Darklight. All of the others, TF, SoH, SMK, etc, never seen a single one. I can, of course, pretend to have them, as I was able to get some of the tranmogs.
The only place where I was blessed by the RNGods... I do have 4 double unity sets (2 int, 1 Dex, 1 Str) all gotten prior to 2.1. The rolls aren't great, but I can live with it, literally
