Diet is obviously what you eat. Being pedantic over word meanings is really rather pointless given every word I could use you could argue about which nuanced meaning I am referring to. In this case I was obviously using it in reference to specifically restricting or changing your eating patterns.

Going on a diet will end in more weight put on than lost unless you are very well disciplined, like an athlete or sports person for instance. However, if you are in the situation where you need to lose weight and get fit I would doubt that very much. Conscious deprivation is a psychological effect that has been proven time and again in clinical studies to result in binge eating and net gain in weight.

I'm with Equinox on this one, if you're unfit you're going to have to feel discomfort and some pain to get fit. Muscles don't just magically grow, they have to be pushed.

I lost 17 kilo's in the last year by following 2 simple philosophies.

1) Eat smart but NEVER go on a diet.

2) Do some exercise and actually do it in a way so you can count calories to start with; like on a treadmill or step machine. It's important to know how much work you have to do to burn calories. Once you understand that you'll never eat Krispy Kreme donuts again.

there is a big difference to Blizzard acquiring diabloiii.com.es and Diablo3.com. The former made ripples and I expect the latter to make a splash. You can look at it as a single mediocre event or you can see it in the context of the recent and future activity.

A number of people guessed exactly what it was going to be; and rightly deserved some hype as firstly it indicates Blizzard moving in the directio of Diablo 3 and not World of Sanctuary. Secondly it shows they are close enough to disrupt a possibly substantial fan community. And finally it was more than warranted to get the new website spread around.

I blame those who came on board to rave about the game being released on the 1st of May.

Would have been better with teh Blair Witch cam. No point watching a film that makes me and partner nauseous watching.

Congrats on the name Umaro, quite a snag to find this one unregistered still; although less than 2 months before Blizzard will redirect the D3 site.

I just want to say that it better be huge news to warrant a two week timer, like the announcement of a new game. Since it isn't, I can already feel teh disappointemnt slowly creeping in.

Blizzard are going to announce renaming the Diablo franchise DEMONCRAFT. It's so obvious now...

I'm still going with either Diablo3.com becoming an official Blizzard fansite, or Blizzard is aquiring Diablo3.com (or the patch, can't tell if it is ruled out or not).
