    No the plan that are lower than 60 seem to have Not transferred at all into the blacksmith. My higher leg and set plans are there though. So what I am saying is do not waste your money on buying cain's right now as there will be a new cains anyway.

    EDIT I will check PTR again today to make sure no filters are on as I have spent alot also on plans. Will report my findings. And yes there are new versions of all sets I believe.

    I don't think low level set plan transfer to RoS after being learned. In PTR my lower set Asheara's and so on do not show up at the blacksmith.
