PS3 Preorder Item Infernal Helm in Gamestop
A poster was spotted today in Gamestop from our forum member Finaj, that includes two bonuses for preordering Diablo 3 for the PS3. The first item is a two-sided poster and the second - a unique item called Infernal Helm that gives bonus experience! There may be more information about the helm, but the ** is not shown in the picture.
I wouldn't be too worried, it's probably some legendary with sub-average stats to get them moving once they hit 60.

"Hey, I thought you'd like the witty irony of grub-on-glowie violence!"
The one with Diablo on it is the same picture as the one in the PC pre-order poster, but it is 2x that picture instead of having the two different ones. I wish I got the PS3 one instead.

When I grow up, I want to be a frill-necked lizard.
Helmets are an integral part of your gear selection, and part of an important set (for Witch Doctors, at least) If they include Paragon Levels (which I *think* they've said they are) does this point to individual pieces of gear being able to be upgraded?
Or, is the infernal helm a mod to any helmet you are wearing that gives +xp?

The news post says it's an item, not a mod.

The +exp helm is nice, but it will undoubtedly be a vastly inferior head once you get to lvl 60. I'm guessing it works much like heirlooms in WoW. Which are crazy OP while leveling, but not worth anything at max.
Anyone on this forum really ought to know by now whether or not they will be buying (therefore preorder) D3 for the PS3. It's not like you have to wait for reviewers to rate the game.
Personally if I had a PS3 I might get D3 of the playstation but I don't so computer Diablo for me

Oh no....not an item that'll be replaced in a short period of time. Whatever will you do!
^This exactly. @pepe2c It's not like the helm is going to be worth it at all. I doubt it'll be viable past level 20 or so and that's being generous.
and the helm looked cool if it looks like that in the poster! xD
