He [Necromancer] went off hunting for some ghost and was mortally wounded in the process. You watch him die as the ghost comes out and then you get to kill it.
... ... ... I officially hate this game. =[

Be it through hallowed grounds or lands of sorrow
All in the Forger's wake is left bereft and fallow
Is the residuum worth the cost of destruction and maiming;
Or is the shaping a culling and exercise in taming?
The road's goal is the dark Origin of Being
But be wary through what thickets it winds.
-Excerpt from the Litany of Residuum;
As Translated by He Who Brings Order
Heroes rise and fall in the Eternal Conflict. The Warrior, Sorcerer and Rogue that ventured into Diablo's cathedral in Tristram were all turned; the Sorcerer took up the mantle of the Summoner in Lut Ghulein; the Rogue, Bloodraven, became a vassal of Andariel; and Aidan the warrior became a new host for Diablo.
What about the Barbarian, Necromancer, Assassins, Druid, Sorceress, Paladin, and others from Diablo II? Do we know what became of any of them in the past 20 years?
I know I could wait for players to update the wiki. But I'm just too impatient to find out.
