It is Supreme Leader stoaster.
Or you can go with eternal president.
Eternal President refers to Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il is the Dear Leader or Great Leader. I'm not sure if they use Supreme Leader or not.
But in all seriousness, I did read all the posts in the thread prior to leaving my rather sarcastic comment and yes, North Korea is pretty screwed up. When I was still working on my degree, I took a seminar on international Asian politics. We had a great many discussions regarding the political situation there. Sadly, I don't think any major improvement will be seen there until Kim Jong Il croaks and even then it's a gamble based on how the power shifts afterwards.
Well I didn't read everyone else's comments, so forgive me if the discussion has moved beyond the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, although I can't imagine it. I did skim through a little and saw something about cookies. I assume that's just about delicious Democratic People's Republic of Korea cookies.
Thanks for the link Huck, North Korea sounds lovely, I think I'll visit in August for the Liberation from Japan and Mass Gymnastics trip mentioned on the Korean Friendship Association's portion of the site.
I love their 13 pages of propaganda merchandise in the shop section. But someone should really tell the Democratic People's Republic of Korea that the word propaganda has a bad connotation in the west. They should really rename those sections patriotic apparel and merchandise, we love that stuff here.^_^
Did anyone else read the Reunification page? Those Americans are really awful. I mean, Peace, Friendship and Independence are the hopes of the Korean people but the U.S.A. isn't interested on it, and every year with the support of the South Korean Army they display big military maneuvers like the 'Ulji Focus Lens' or 'Team Spirit with the purpose of invading and dominate the North. How mean. The Democratic People's Republic of Korea would never do something like that. Really, who would they try to intimidate? Their Southern friends and relatives? Japan maybe? I can't believe the South is still controlled by the imperialist interests and the U.S. troops.
Why can't they just be nice to the Dear Leader:QQ:
