As I (and many others ;)) are awaiting the release of the Hobbit movies, a preview was released of the theme of one of the Hobbit's characters. Quite frankly it gave me goosebumps. ^.^
You can listen to it in the link below, but mind you it would be considered a spoiler for the movie, as besides the music the link also reveals which character the theme features.
So, anyone here who agrees with me that scores like these would have been awesome in Diablo 3? ^^ (not saying the current music is bad, just not as captivating).
ias was nerfed. It's still as effective as it used to be, but the amount you can get on your gear is about 50% less. Therefore ias builds have become less valid.
Interesting question. I would guess the new crafted items will be upgraded, and that you won't have to refind the recipe, since it appears impossible to teach your blacksmith the same recipe twice.
I feel like a noob xD I died several times on normal. My wizard getting roflstomped if I didn't pay attention =P
It actually got better towards the end, so guess I learned from my mistakes
They initially had the most legendary items be Bind on Equip. This for all the concerns expressed by you. After some time though, they decided to remove this, because the amount of items this really takes out of the economy is extremely limited. Thus, it's not very functional as an item sink, but very functional as a source of frustration.
They now rely on artisans to take items out. If this proofs to not be enough, in time, they'll probably introduce a different feature to sink items.
I think this is a case where we should let Blizzard work their magic, and allow ourselves to be amazed at a solution we had not foreseen. =)
This thread surprised me. The answers are remarkably deep and serious. I dare bet that to all those discussing their deepest emotions here it must feel quite cathartic.
For me, as many, I haven't always enjoyed life. I've always been quite on my own, holding only two close friends. This may not seem like much, but they're both very deep friendships, that I'll carry with me for the rest of my life.
I have some trouble enjoying the Diablo 3 launch this year... because May 16th 2011, one of those friends was shot and killed by her jealous and psychotic ex boyfriend.
Wouldn't say I ever seriously considered killing myself. But the world did become a much darker place.
