So does everyone who plays it. It's OP as fuck. That's not necessarily a bad thing, in fact I find it echoes back to pre-ROS where the best builds were barb/monk/wizard who could just keep rolling and never have to stop. It has a certain nostalgic charm.
The problem comes in a group where the Wastes set spawns so many whirlwinds that it literally clogs the entire map with them. But the barb playing it doesn't notice because they're constantly running and the whirlwinds spawn behind them off-screen. Something needs to be visually done about it. Perhaps not mechanically, but visually... it needs toned the fuck down. My hope was that by having employees of blizzard forced to deal with seeing nothing but whirlwinds it would spur some change in the set/rune visuals to clog the screen less.
Pain Enhancer is what gives you IAS for bleeding mobs in range. Enforcer is a damage boost for minions.
Except wizards don't cause bleeds. And if "burning" counts as a bleed that's retarded semantically.
Also, doesn't Zei care about your location relative to the mob, rather than the spell's location? Otherwise you'd constantly be doing no bonus damage because the spell has to hit the mob.
Thanks to Rift it Forward and a lot of free time I've dropped roughly 20k shards into Kadala on pants since they added torment legendaries. I've gotten a lot (11) pairs of Raekor's pants and infinite Blackthrones, Depth Diggers and Hammer Jammers. Has anyone gotten these pants since the patch? I don't have a problem with them being hard to get, but I do have a problem with them not being possible to get so I can spend my shards on something else (was also hoping to get some Mr. Yan's pants, but haven't seen anything besides those 4 I listed).

I'm currenlty trying to build-up my Crusader but have only found 2 of the Akkhan set pieces (boots and breastplate). Since they're not worth wearing at this point given my current gear, I've put them in my inventory.
If they're not worth wearing now, they probably won't ever be worth wearing.
I don't really mind that the end game sets are difficult to find. I'm just sick of finding blackthorn's parts. I feel like I'll have six complete blackthorn sets for each of my toons long before I find a second piece of any of those class sets.
See, this is the problem: every set that's not a class set/torment only is crafted, except blackthorne's, which has the same level of drop as regular legendaries. That's why you see that shitty set so often.
Class sets either need their drop rates buffed, or crafted sets need to be moved to drops, or set items need to be able to be found on Kadala. Something needs doing so that we're not just getting 298718761 pieces of Blackthorne's and maybe one so-awful-a-rare-is-better class set piece.

I like how they showed that Cain had indeed aged twenty years since D2, but at the same time, I felt like his death was really forced. Especially with how dumb Maghda was: FIX THE SWORD! NO?! FINE, DIE! ...except herp, now no one can fix the sword, idiot, and Belial gets nothing but a matching set of fancy paper weights. If anything, she should have killed Leah.
Speaking of which, Leah not believing the stories of Hell was kind of weird. I mean, everyone else in the world seems to know that Hell and demons are legit things, even just as concepts because they've never seen either. But Leah, she seems to completely think that zombies and skeletons and all kinds of weird shit is normal but then... demons? TOTAL CROCK, CAIN!
Abusing the legendary affix of Fire Walkers isn't a bannable offense. They didn't ban people for abusing the old, buggy Shard of Hate, and this is an intended property.

I have noticed that it is dependent on picking it up for the first time, as in, all the old stuff I have isn't listed in the transmog either...not directly linked to this issue, just sux as well.
This is intentional. Legacy items do not give transmogrification skins.
What OP is talking about is the new Torment-only sets - Firebird, Marauder, et al - are not unlocking their visuals to transmogrify when you ID them as they should be.

It's much less funny in HC. I see so many people RIP because they're too busy being blinded by barb tornadoes to move out of the fire.
You can't trade legendary items anymore, because Blizzard doesn't like people actually getting gear.
Grab shoulders/chest/helm andbracers from Aughild and 5p Akkhan with a RoRG and you'll be better off, even in HC.
