LOL! Bankers like it slow and longer, they get more long lasting pleasure out of it. I prefer any interaction I have with a bank to be like a one night stand.
Welp. Betamaxed za beta. Beta itself is ending in two weeks. Release is just under 4 weeks away. Really nothing left to do than start to troll the URT lookin' fo' ta-tas!
Hehe, I'd never have an argument about which is better, unless it comes to Diablo vs. Some other game.
The main reason I don't play BF is because of the choppers and stuff - I just can't fly them. I flip them in record time - usually a few feet above the ground. I totally suck in it.
Cod I like because I learned to play it multiplayer and ended up being pretty good in it - good enough to last 13 rounds solo in the nazi zombies in world at war - however, haven't been playing a lot so I'm quite rusted.
Skyrim I love because I'm a big Oblivion fan and played Morrowind as well. However, Skyrim's bugs are missing me off a lot - so I'm actually not playing it as much as I thought I would.
Well I never fly.drive anything in BF3, I'm heavy into infantry but also most of the large conquest maps I only sit in the tanks or whatever and shoot the guns.
I've never played the nazi zombies in world at war thing, but I take it 13 rounds are good?!?!
I played skyrim for more than 115 hours with one character, did 99% of the quests and explored 95% of the map. I created a new character and played for like 4 hours and then it just got boring...never played it since.
"Skyrim's bugs are missing me off a lot - so I'm actually not playing it as much as I thought I would."
*pissing me off perhaps?!
I actually haven't encountered that many bugs in Skyrim; the only big one is on some quest where the guy I'm suppose to walk with disappear.
I think I played Skyrim for maybe 50+ hours and then just stopped. I killed Aldiun in my first game, my second one I'm just messing around with the sidequests and misc quests and now I realize how buggy it really is. So I stopped for a bit, but all in all it's an awesome game. With Oblivion I never had bugs, not that were significant to remember in any case. (fixed the 'missing' comment :P)
As for your missing dude, I actually get that a lot more than I like with Skyrim, they just quantum leap out of existence. Sucks, especially if you don't have a early save or if you use quicksave like I do.
Well, as for BF - when there's something to fly, I wanna fly it. Or at least when people yell 'go fly that chopper' that I don't turn away shyly, bow my head and pull a 'swartsak' over my head. But maybe I'll give it another try sometime. Btw, which part of SA do you live in ?
13 rounds solo is good I believe. I know some people who can't even make it there two players and other solo's who doesn't even get to 10. But I think this might also have something to do with the fact that I HATE zombies. Oh yeah, before anyone flames me saying you can't play the map solo - there's a dev cheat for it which I used because I rarely lan anymore.

Yeah I kinda have to agree that it's a cool game despite the bugs. But I'll probably never play the game ever again...this is one thing game critic websites perhaps leave out or don't get to at all when they rate the game (I might be wrong, I don't know how these websites operate). Skyrim for example, when theses critics get the game they'll most likely just complete the main quest and "finish" the game in lets say 50 hours, doing minimal side quests. Then they rate the game as an never ending sandbox awesome game.
Well it's awesome, but I'm pretty sure the main quests has the fewest bugs in them since Bethesda know most people will just finish that and create a new character and then maybe do side quests or something like this.
The point is, game critics maybe don't play the whole game and just play the almost-bug-less part of the game and then judge the game with what they played...I dunno I might be totally wrong. I do remember one critic saying that Skyrim is a really good game despite the bugs...man I wrote a bunch of bs...

Haha that's what happened to me. I didn't save early enough, or actually I saved the game to early (I quick save like every minute or so!). In this particular quest, I had to follow this guy into an abandoned castle, I let him enter the castle first, then I followed. As soon as I entered the castle I quick saved...

Yeah, as I said, I rarely drive/fly anything. I tried to fly the jet a couple of times, but geez it's hard to fly that thing!! If someone ask me to drive the tank, I oblige and drive that tank. But my tank upgrades are so sucky, that the tank gets shot to smithereens in seconds and the guy with me usually die and I escape. So i'm just like yeah well, you wanted me to drive it!
I'm studying in at the University of Stellenbosch, but am from Hermanus (kinda) (Western Cape if you don't know the cape). And yourself?

Haha so you'll be well prepared in the upcoming zombie apocalypse?
So they are re-evaluating some samples that the probe from mars took around (I think 1974, whenever it landed / came back). In the past they passed off the samples as 'geometric anomalies', but now they are saying that the rocks contain real bacteria, proof of life outside of Earth. Honestly it only makes sense there is other life, but still proof helps out =D Expect this to be buried by the media though, it's hard to find now lol.
Another thought; I hate being treated like a small child by our / the worlds governments. It's obvious they know way more then they let on, and I just wish we could expand and grow as a race, I'm talking space exploration and broadening our horizons so to speak. Figuring out actual space travel, whether it be a mercury vortex engine, an anti-matter engine, and actual warp drive / slipstream, whatever, and colonizing other planets.
It makes me sad most of us are content (maybe brainwashed but that's another discussion) to just 'buy a house, get married, have kids and then die' - repeat. I don't know what happened, and hell maybe I need to get off my ass and instead of complaining on a random thread on a forum, actually go do something, IDK.
Me and my 41 posts. I'm like, the most active fucker in here I tell ya...
