Okay thats the legal way to play, you can beat the snot out of someone or inflict pain to people without the puck but you'll get a penalty for that (which makes it easier for the other team to score for a X amount of time). Just a note that brawl has been the most hardcore fight scene in the NHL in possibly a decade.

Playing Diablo since 97. I know nothing and having nothing good to say, I be a troll.
1) ALL DRUGS ARE GOOD, it's the people that are idiots...
Ya, meth and heroine are perfectly ok! -__-
Opium is GREAT. Ask any patient that has been prescribed opiates to cope with extreme pain. And on a note that I use quite seriously, meth and heroine are great, in a darwinian way. You get hooked to stuff like that, there's no real difference to sticking your fingers in the power outlet in this day and age. And you can't tell me we really need those people...
You have wavering standards of good and bad by this definition. You say drugs are not bad because they kill off dumb people that we do not need. Yet, Opium is good because it helps people deal with pain.

"Not bad" & "Good" don't really have that much difference of meaning if you ask me, granted I think he used poor examples. I stuck my fingers in a power outlet when I was a child so that makes me useless apparently I learned my lesson and didn't do it again, the issue with drugs is if I didn't know any better about these drugs and tried it once I'm basically screwed for life because they are so addictive. It's easy to assume yes don't do those drugs but young kids are naive in the ways of the world, without experience they generally don't know better.

It's only a tool if it's used by man. Otherwise it's just an odd chemical compound. And to lump all drug users experiences together is a bit too easy. It sounds like a politician that says all pot smokers are evil maniacs because a murderer was found to have thc in his blood. They also found blood in his blood! COINCIDENCE?!

That's a rather very narrow perspective.
You seem to be completely overlooking the societal impact of a drug addict or someone under the influence a drug(mostly referring to the class A and B ones here).
Instant death through high voltage cannot be compared to years of the theft/abuse/violence spiral within a community provoked by one junkie.
Also Darwin can go suck it as far as human civilization is concerned. Even more than many animals, our developed sense of fairness, reciprocity and empathy has enabled us to cater for the poor and handicapped like no other. We are organized in groups- that's how we most effectively operate.
So it's pretty much science's and society's duty to determine if an individual's behavior will pose a risk to society if under the influence of a drug and in such instance classify it as dangerous or illegal.
And research/studies has come up with quite a bit of evidence backing up the danger of many of these if used in a recreational manner.
*All of this talk excludes marijuana since its effects is widely documented as being less harmful than many drugs currently legal on the market.
Oh come on, I am of course talking about adults here... Children should and usually don't, hold any responsibility for their actions, their parents do. Their parents should have taken the time to inform them, that these are the concequenses of such actions, nothing good is to be gained, especially in the long run by doing something like that. They should also watch out for their kids, cause we all know most of the times they won't listen...
I for the most part agree with "blame the parents" attitude but they can't stop everything, if they do they become "helicopter parents" and coddle the child into useless adults. Proper parenting in most cases with reduce the chance of this crap happening but it will stop all cases. Not everyone is a good parent and some kids don't even have parents to guide them, yes sucks to be them but the resources required to help the less fortunate don't exist in many cases.
FYI
If anyone is going to enter a life of drugs and other crap it tends to begin at the teenager state and most of these soon to be adults are pretty… basic. Far as I’m concerned in MOST cases you’re not an adult till 25, heck I know lots of adults who act like children still…. Ugh going off in a tangent.

I've tried meth before, twice and a bit.... absolutely nothing addicting about it. Its actually quite repulsive. The come-down and sleep deprivation caused by it should be enough to repulse all sane people. I know more than one other individual who has tried meth before and they all have the same opinion. Actually, I'd say I know about 4 other people who also agree on its general post-high repulsiveness.
Only a complete idiot would become addicted to a substance like meth. (edit - maybe that's harsh.... "only someone with really really low self esteem and depression would...")
The sensations you experience during the come-down are the exact OPPOSITE of 'addiction'. Trying meth was the moment I realized that meth addicts must WANT to be addicted (If I had to guess - due to depression, mental illness and hopelessness in their life before taking it)
I don't drink alcohol though. Alcohol really ends up being one of the worst drugs due to the casual nature of its consumption. The way it affects your brain and body is on par with other A-class drugs.
How meaningless and vain will life seem after the game is released? I mean, I've basically wanted more Diablo to play since LoD was released in 2001 and we're now a hair short of a month until Diablo III is out (*knocks on wood*). Waiting for number 3 has lasted for more than my adult life.
At least the beta was a blast to play, so I'm unafraid of the game actually sucking. That'd be bad.
It will give my life meaning for at least half a year, and then I received more good news yesterday.

and he didn't do drugs somebody injected him with a syringe while he was passed out drunk the person who did it is serving life in prison now

Very true, without them you wouldn't have real life examples of Golem running around, precious. :Thumbs Up:

I got the steel series D3 headset a couple of months back. It's sweet. Steel series have a non-d3 version of it which is ~$20 cheaper.

Edit:
I think she was implying that the off topic forum has been dead.
Taking this long to make a game that would suck... defies any logic that I can understand.
Edit: We need some sorta photoshop shooping thread to liven this place up. Any suggestions and I'll get it started.
Shooping = using photoshop to modify a picture for lulz. Take the above example. (<3 umpa)
What about that new Duke Nukem game? I heard that was bad and it took quite a while.

Rush Clockwork Angels out in June, fuck yeah!
