Why do threads get deleted without anyone notifying the OP my elfen lied thread with that vid was deleted in it, nice to rate it two stars, it's called comedy, but I guess some people can't take that stupid cunts. I'm out fuck your forum, when Diablo 3 comes out, I'll be on the official forums which are better than this piece of shit.
Prehaps people should look in the spam section before shouting off rooftops their threads were deleted.

-Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is alchemy's First Law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only, truth.
Don't think so. And the thread wasn't deleted. I believe it may have been moved. There is no auromaitc notification if a thread gets moved. A mod or admin would have to do it manually. And on occasion they do forget to do it.

If the thread was just a posting of a link to YouTube, that's automatic spam. We could just post links all day till the cows came home. Best not encourage it, mates.
Some guy made a bad thread - I deleted it.
He then made another thread dissing the mods. At the end of his post he said "I wonder how long until this post gets deleted".
I then deleted that thread, and for the reason of deletion I put "Not long at all".
He then PM'd me, quoting me with my 'Not long at all' line and said "haha, thanks" sarcastically.
How did he know that was the reason I put for deletion?
I've also had other people PM me about threads of theirs that I delete.
If you put a reason in, then I would assume a reason is given, if you do not put one in then no reason is given.

So that means that a message is automatically sent when their thread is deleted then. We just have to make sure to put a reason in - which is almost always done (I've never not seen a reason given).
