So, I feel like I got an ok handle on what gear is worth, but shields/offhands still got me guessing. Anyone have some input on this shield? If its still bad, whats missing?
Not bad at all, sadly it's 18% and a lot of people look for 20% and up. Oh, the other VERY important thing it's missing; Critical Hit % chance. Massive massive stat to be missing, especially since it can get up to 10% crit chance.
