Hello, I am looking for a lower end GPU to install on my secondary machine that can handle playing diablo at a decent resolution.
Right now I have my D3 set to absolute dirt settings in fullscreen and it barely plays, I have tried turning it up just a bit and I lag out whenever it is forced to render combat.
Currently I am running on 8GB of 1600 DDR3 ram and a 3.5 i7 quad (which uses onboard intel 4000 graphics), so the rest of my hardware is more than adequate.
I am in hopes of getting a card that is capable of running D3 at 1920x1080 and will need dual screen support, I am also in hopes of not spending over $100 on the new card, since it's for a secondary machine.
I don't actually know that much about graphics cards in particular, but I can tell you that something that is $100 is probably just about enough to play lower-medium graphics. If you really want to be sure, pay $150, with that kind of price you can play medium graphics and not drop in frames per second in larger fights with lots of monsters and effects.
With graphics cards, they are USUALLY as good as the price, just watch out for scams or extortionate prices!

Any suggestions? I was thinking maybe something likehttp://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161397 orhttp://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121643 might work.
Do you think either of those would perform better than the intel 4000 onboard currently does? would you suggest something else?
