I found this today. Why do the dps need to be so fucking ridiculous on legendaries? The stats are not bad, but this thing worth nothing because the damage is too fucking low. It's not even good for a gold find gear set.

Yea but......two out of every hundred hits it causes blindness for a few seconds.
Makes you wonder.....why did they do this? I know it's only a lvl59 but still, give up a wider range on that DPS. Who the hell approved this shit anyway?

The first Set item I found was IK hammer - 2H mace with 40 int on it and DPS of 450~ sigh I share your pain

Holy shit man lol! This is disheartening. Absolutely ridiculous. It's really depressing to see items like that. And the fact that they are so rare... At least when you got a legendary in Diablo 2, you were always happy no matter what. In Diablo 3, I'm depressed when I find one, because each time I'm about to identify it, I know it will be shit. And for me it's 100% of the time.
When I was playing D2, I was an average to poor player, all my friends were in hell and getting better and better, I didn't get it, ,then one day some random mob dropped a windforce. It changed the game, I became addicted to the item hunt, and my bowazon ( my first toon ) melted everything in sight .

actually the stats are pretty bad as well, imagine all those stat, on a 900 dps 1 hander, u still wont be able to sell for more than 500k
