Despite the login and authentification servers being full, and all official Blizzard forums being down, I have no problem logging (with authentification) into my battle.net account when I access it via the 'Diablo 3 Pre-sale' link. Does Blizzard take down their forums during launch so that all the people complaining about login errors don't put off potential customers? Not that this type of launch is unexpected for the video games industry, I mean it's pretty much assumed that Bethesda games will be unplayable at launch. Blizzard can pride themselves on innovation in game design, but when it comes to anything else they're just another mediocre company who're too cheap to set up sufficient launch infrastructure, despite knowing in advance it would be needed.
Dude i can understand a 5-10min wait due to huge traffic. But now it's been over 1 hour of attempts to freaking start the game and nothing yet.
Blizzard is a great company and all, but
1-They delay a lot their games. A LOT
2-They always fail, every single game launch
#2 is for obvious reasons....over a half a million people, if not more, logging in to a game server will obviously mean problems. sc2 had 1.25 million on battle.net according to the ticker, it just isnt possible for anyone to have the resources to handle that just for the 12 hour period.

If McDonald's just started serving limited edition tacos, there'd be a line all the way to the parking lot. No way anyone/anything can handle such high demand
Blizzard knew this was coming, 500k+ people trying to get in after 12.01 AM, and yet they had to wait until the last minute to fix this so called error 37.
It has been 1.22 hours since release and still spamming ctrl+v in order to log in.
Thanks Blizzard for ruining this launch day for many players.
I am off to sleep, it isn't worth staying awake crtl+v'ing the whole night only to be able to log in at 8 am today by then i'll be so tired that the only thing i would want to do is sleep.
Better save my strength to spam ctrl+v tomorrow lol :Thumbs Up:

Really? You're going to try to make US trouble shoot when the problems are mostly on your end? Come on.
