I was just wondering, how far can my barb go? currently I'm doing fine on MP5, but is it possible to get some more dps(like 20K or 30K lol ) without losing my current form of sustainance? to do like MP10 with relative ease?

The best way for you to gain DPS right now is to get a lot more crit. You can fairly easily gain 20% more crit by grabbing new bracers with 6% crit, grabbing gloves with 8% or more crit, and a ammy with 8% or more crit for not a whole lot of gold. Since you have on the higher end of resists, you can afford to lose quite a bit, and still keep the same level of survivability. You should honestly consider grabbing a mace or axe for your weapon instead of a sword, as crit is better than attack speed for your barb at the moment. The bous 10% crit from weapons master will make a huge difference in dps (around 4k alone). You can get a decently rolled skorn with 300+ strength, and some crit damage, and you will see a very large boost in dps (around 12k alone from the crit from weapons master, and the crit damage you get from skorn always rolling with it). You can also get that skorn with higher dps than your current weapon for under 10 million easily. You will have to sacrifice some strength to do so, but it it worth it due to the fact that losing 200 strength would only lose you about 500 dps.
I simulated your barb with a skorn that has 1315 dps, 330 str, 150% crit damage, and a socket, and that alone gained you over 10k dps, and a skorn with those stats usually costs less than 10 million. I also tried a neck without the damage roll, only 160 str, and 8% crit, and that gained you around 4k dps. You can stand to lose some health due to your damage output. If your goal is MP10, than you may not want to consider losing any defensive stats, but replacing your 2h sword with an axe or mace with some crit damage, higher dps, and a socket at the expense of vit and 200 or more strength will net you a dps gain, which in turn nets you better survivability through rend. On MP10, as a 2h barb, I would have to play it by ear whether or not to drop my war cry for a different ability due to the fact that you are already pretty decently tanky. You may want to consider using WOTB-insanity for the snap need for a big dps boost, as well as immunity from any CC. If you are having issues staying alive, you may consider using furious charge-dreadnaught, or ignore pain-ignorance is bliss to gain some more snap healing as well. You may also want to consider grabbing a lamentation belt for the added lifeleach as well as the fact that they tend to have very nice strength rolls.
I guess, I'll roll MP5 for a few days, I mean, I started trying it yesterday, actually. Hitting 70kdps and over 67k health with decent mitigation left me bankrupt
However I am aiming for sustain using mainly rend with BL as an active mean of sustain(while I hit shit in other words or kiting) and Inspiring presence + regen as passive sustain, while let's say I'm running to find a better position. Meaning that I am still not done gearing up.
What I'm asking is that if it's worth it to try this not so conventional build. Do you think I am very close to a plateau? Because this build requires to grow on DPS and HP & regen pretty much at the same time for maximum sustain. If I can reach around 80-90K dps, around 72K HP and over 2.5K of regen after shout. I think I can make it, but question would be, is it possible?
I'm actually not dying on mp5, unless I get like chained cc and 3 lasers cut my ass
