ok iv only seen the first one but im right about to see the second. anyways, in the first one i distinctly remember how the regular human guy transformed in super beast lycan/vampire, when that happened they instantly tried to make him a badass... At this point you might be thinking, pfff this should be in spam, but im here to genuinanly discuss the topic.
hes just this regular joe and then all of a sudden when he becomes both lycan and vampire he becomes this badass animal type character. now when i saw this i facepalmed the moment as it was complete bs. are you telling me this guy rises to the occasion and then becomes auto awesome? it just seemed like horrid acting, he was all stiff and there was a touch of new age emo to him in the sense of how his hair hung and just overall how he looked. It just seemed ridiculous that he was able to rise to the occasion and act like he was someone who had lived for hundreds of years. Instead to me it looked like someone who was incredibly stiff, scared, and just overall not suiting to the part.. then all that was covered up with music, people flying through the air and him trying to look badass...
it just seemed stupid, i really enjoyed the movie up until this idiot actor became this super monster...
that post wasnt well thought out but i stand by what i said. anyone have any thoughts to share on the topic (and not about me or this thread)?
some would call this scene super awesome i call it super gay (here are the two scenes in question):

i find it hard to concentrate because she is so hot.
lol
is that why guys watch underworld?
i wouldnt say poor choice of actor, but poor storyline progression. the movie went into action way faster than it should have. wheres the learning phase for the hybrid? he just starts owning on the spot. not even spiderman started to beatup baddies the day he got his powers.
and btw he didnt just become super from regular joe, i think his blood was some special type or something. the second ones better.

i know that i didnt mean being regular physically. but mentally he was the regular joe.
and ya thats what i was trying to say, he should have needed time to get used to it like spiderman.
