we have already determined that this is the standard auto email you get if you mention anything about a warcraft 4, diablo 3, starcraft 2, or any other sequel to any blizzard game
and whats there to get, they say they will return to the world of diablo, ie they will at some point make a d3, this is about as close as Blizzard have come to saying there are making the game

They probably have a thing where the Blizzard guys go through fan e-mails at the end of the day and if the e-mail relates to the continuation of one of their franchises, they just click a checkbox that sends a premade e-mail regarding information the fan(s) asked about
