I could go on an on about the stuff I hate about the Draenei and High(blood) Elves of WoW. The game could be so much broader and expansive if there weren't factions, just races and alligeances. I say that because:
1. The Forsaken are NOT part of the Horde.
2. The High(Blood) Elves are also NOT part of the Horde.
3. Draenei aren't those stupid blue bodied puffed out chest sh*t that they are in the Burning Crusade. These are what the Draenei are supposed to be now, and they work for Illidan.
4. Night Elves don't give a flying f*ck about the Alliance. They just want immortality.
5. Why are the Naga all mindless monsters?
I could come up with more but I gotta go to sleep.
That was what also pissed me off about Warcraft III. The Naga I disliked because how they could go through the water and come out of nowhere and destroy you.

That's doesn't really have any bearing on it. Arthas will be made so that only be best guilds can initially take him down with 25 people at lvl 80. Thus that's where his difficulty will lie. Whether that means he was 1, 2 or 13 million HP is impossible to say.

There are several characters who are most likely stronger.
Sargeras and some other Titans like Aman'thul and Norgannon are a given. Kil'jaeden is most certainly stronger than Arthas, and so are most likely the Old Gods.

Kil'jaeden on the other hand is the last boss of the Sunwell Plateau which is coming in the next patch. Granted, when the players beat him he is only partly on Azeroth, since he is being summoned as the players kill him, but I doubt be will appear again anytime soon after that.

He's already added. He's the last boss in teh Mount Hyjal instance. Archimonde was also never the leader of the Scourge except for a brief period, and even then he didn't lead them. He gave command over the Scourge to the Dreadlords upon invading Azeroth.
Kil'jdaeden was the mastermind behind it, so neither was Archimonde involved in the preparation work.

The Naga were once the Highborne who served Queen Azshara and helped her allow the Burning Legion into the world. They, much like the Satyrs, were changed by their extensive use of magic and contact with the Legion, and sank beneath the sea to live there when the world was split in two.

He's not the most powerful, or at least he doesn't appear to be. He is definately one of the most powerful Titans, but the Titans are, apparently, dwarfed by the Old Gods. The Old Gods were five at most, while the Titans are many more than a dozen.
Last time Sargeras was defeated may refer to two separate occasions. The first was during the War of the Ancients. He wasn't defeated at that time, only the portal through which he was set to appear was shut.
The second time was when Aegwynn, the Guardian of Tirisfal fought with him and thought she defeated him. What she did beat was a only a part of Sargeras, and that part willingly lost so that it could corrupt her future child, Medivh.
So he's never really been beaten.

Plotting against each other? Mal'ganis was dead-set loyal to the Lich King, whom at the time was the perfect servant of Kil'jaeden and the Burning Legion. Tichondrius never plotted anything and obeyed orders perfectly. The only one who was scheming was Archimonde. He wished to have enough power to challenge Sargeras on his own, but Tichondrius and Mal'ganis were never involved in the plot.
In fact, there no reason to believe that Mal'Ganis and Archimonde ever met

The problem is, first come first serve does not follow people's interest in a class, nor does it make people happy with the Deathknights available.
Let's take the raiding environment as an example. On each server, we have a set of guilds. Each guild looks to recruit a balanced amount of classed to fill al lthe roles needed. They need main healers, man tainks, off tanks, damage dealers etc. They will, also, with the expansion, need deathknights.
A serious raiding guild is like a business. Supply and demand dictates how things work. Main tanks and main healers are always in short supply, so their worth increase. Less of them mean guilds need them more.
Limiting the deathknight to a first come/first serve basis severely limits the supply of deathknigts, because far from all will make them their mains, and even fewer will invest their time in raiding. This will make every piece of crap raider who happens to have death knight jump into guilds based on theri class rather than their skill. And that is something I do not think will benefit WoW in any way.

Deathknights should be fearsome to some extent. Taurens trolls gnomes fail at this, they won't be fearsome whatever you do to them. They also look ridiculous on horses which will likely be the deathknight racial mount.
I quit wow half a year ago but if I were still playing it, I'd definititely /quit seeing these races as deathknights.
And I'm not alone that's for sure.
The HERO denomination is, just as Blizzard themselves have said, nothing more than an indicator that the class was present in WC3 and that it does not start from lvl 1. Nothing more, nothing less.
I can agree with you though that a Gnome deathknight is ridiculous to look on, and I would never play one myself. That is a let-down to me personally as well.

You're not getting my point. My point is that limiting the number of deathknights on a server will severely lessen the numberof good deathknights available to raiding guilds. But they wil lstill be needed for the new isntances. Therefore, guilds will be forced to accept applications from poor players, simply because those players played like hell for a few weeks to get a deathknight. That is an unfair and useless system.
It is much better if everyone can roll a deathknight. That increases competition, and allows for guilds to have their members roll a deathknight if it is needed. It is a much more versatile and user-friendly system that promoted teamwork.

Well, as you said, it would get old quickly. There's no reason to assume everyone who rerolls will stay a deathknight. Just as people rerolled Draenei and Blood Elf the first few weeks to try it out, most went back to their old characters. There is not a dispropotionate amount of Draenei running around at lvl 70. And neither will there be deathknights. Just you wait and see, you will see I am correct

Deathknight will be a new class, not a race. What else it starts at high level. It's like you would get a free character.
Quite charming to get a new character without having to invest months of playing, isn't it? It is definitely not something like rolling a class in a new race.
Yup. And definately a welcome addition. You still won't get it for free, there's a quest line to finish for it. I don't know how hard it will be, I don't think Blizzard has released any info on it.
I wouldn't expect it to be too hard, but enough time consuming that a lot of people will skip it in the beginning in favor of levelling up their man char and experience the new instances and regions first-hand.

As I remember they said it would be similar to the warlock epic mount quest in difficulty and length. I never played a warlock so I don't know what it is like
I did. I guess that means we have to finish a few instances such as Arcatraz, Shattered Halls and whatnot, gather a whole shitload of primals or some such, and do a lot of errand quests. But yeah, several instances and reagent-gathering. The cost should probaly end up around a few 1,000 gold.

And His health wouldnt be THAT high, Illidans is 5 900 000.
Id Say Arthas has around 10 million, but tons of adds.
