maybe it's a different section of hell then in d2 like it's just that small section under tristram. think of it this way: hell must be massive and each section is probably unique. (think dante's inferno: 7 levels of hell- each different in geography and inhabitants.)

He was pretty hard to beat in the game though. You had to act really fast or he and those tons of other guys surrounding you would kill you in a few seconds.
I'm actually playing it with Boba's trainer right now (just cause I've earned that right) and I just get like twenty level 15 Guardians ready to go. Then I also have my chain lightning spell ready for the fire immunes. That chain lightning spell is incredible.
I honestly don't get how that Bone Spirit spell is supposed to work. I read this description of it on another site "Casts a phantom at the enemy taking 1/3 of their hit points. Uses health as well as Mana to cast." But I almost never can kill anything with it.
But I love how crappy the AI is for the golem. You have to walk near him in the direction you are going to get him to walk that way. I'll sometimes be on the other side of the map killing things and decide later to go looking for him and just find him wandering aimlessely throughout the level.
yeah bone spirit is shit. golem is shit. it's all about chain lightning, firewall, fireball(not bolt), basically any fire spell. (apocalypse included- broken?)
yeah i'm not going to lie, i used boba fett's trainer on one experimental rogue. can't beat godly great helm of the whale (impossible)

shit. it's been years since i even had boba fett's trainer. i have it somewhere on one of my old computers, but even just by looking at it i doubt i'd remember. i may be wrong but i think you have to actually go in and somehow manipulate the text files in the diablo folder (much like barb and bard characters in hellfire)
i'll try to find out and get back to you on that.

That'd be good. I think I might just have an earler version of the program or something. And another thing, aren't there normal, nightmare, and hell difficulties in the first Diablo? I can't seem to access the other two.
Hmm, I already have beaten it though. At any rate, I'm about to beat it again. Maybe I did something wrong when I started a new game with my character. I should be done with it in about ten minutes, then we'll see what happens.
you should be able to straight download these item packs.
For importing items there should be an item file (*.hfi or *.itm). So, using the trainer just import that particular item file into your character. Easiest way is to replace an item you already have with that item you just created.
So in the game, just put some empty slots with 1 gold coin each. Then replace that gold coin(s) with the item(s) you created. 1 coin would take only 1 slot, while the item you create may take more than 1 slots. However, it's ok. Back in the game, just pick the item you created, and do whatever you want with it.
found that on some random site, so it may not be true, but it seems to me that that's how i did it back in the day.

it worked? awesome. yeah. when i first discovered boba, i decided i would only tweak one character ever so i wouldn't become addicted and make the game boring... ironically that rogue was my most fun character ever. but yeah, i never took her onto battle.net because i hated all the other hackers that did that shit, so i took the high road and just fucked around offline.

and yeah nightmare and hell are there, you just need to beat normal before you can get to nightmare, and likewise to get to hell mode.
